I live in USA with German ancestry. I have 2 questions.
1. What is the procedure to add my genealogy database to the gedbas?
2. I have found more information on a person already in the gedbas. For example, there is. Plamann in the Schivelbein, Pommern gedbas and I found a marriage or death record in the Berlin records. Should I send the information to the person who did the Schivelbein database or to someone else?

Doug, in order to upload your data, you need to have an account, check out this page https://db.genealogy.net/anmeldung/index_en.php. Then follow the instruction given in gedbas (I have actually never uploaded any information).
If you want to add some information to an existing database, you should get in touch with the owner, he is the only one able to edit the uploaded information.
